The used FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) shell increases ht durability while simultaneously reducing weight. This technology also allows for a minimization of the overall volume, thereby reducing the risk of brain injuries from rotational forces. Xmatter inserts in the important absorption zones improve impact damping and reduce torsional forces.

The ergonomic padding system provides high comfort without reducing airflow. Antibacterial Coolmax wicks moisture away from the skin, ensuring long-lasting comfort and performance. Ergonomically shaped cheek pads ensure a perfect fit, and the EPR (Emergency Padding Release) system integrated into the pads allows for quick removal of the cheek pads in case of rescue.
